Basic Account Level


You will have to Upgrade your SeyID account level by doing eKYC to be able to view ID-Wallet on the app and access Services intergrated with SeyID.


Your SeyID account, previously at the Validated level, has now been downgraded to Basic. The reasons for this are listed below:

Expired ID


Your account will be downgraded to Basic when Your ID is expired.

  • Please report to the Immigration and Civil Status Department to renew your ID card and complete eKYC.

Changes in Your NIN Information


Your account will be downgraded to Basic when:

  • Your expired ID was renewed and updated in the system.
  • Your name and/or surname has been changed and updated in the system.
  • Your ID photo changed and updated in the system.

Expired eKYC


Your account will be downgraded to Basic when Your eKYC validity period expires.
